QUANG BINH – VUNG CHUA – PHONG NHA – SAND DUNES

Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park is a national park of Vietnam, located in Bo Trach and Minh Hoa districts, Quang Binh province, about 50km northwest of Dong Hoi city, about 500km south of Hanoi capital. This national park borders Hin Namno nature reserve in Khammouan province, Laos to the west; 42km east of the East Sea from the border of this national park.

Phong Nha – Ke Bang is located in a limestone mountain area of ​​about 201,000 hectares in Vietnamese territory, the Lao territory adjacent to this national park also has a limestone mountain area of ​​about 200,001 hectares. The core area of ​​the national park is 85,754 hectares and a buffer zone of 195,400 hectares.

DAY 1: HANOI – VUNG CHUA – PHONG NHA (MEALS – / LUNCH / DINNER)

04:30: Car and tour guide pick you up from Hanoi Opera House to Dong Hoi. You are free to have breakfast at a rest stop on the way.

11:30: Lunch in Ha Tinh city.

14:00: Visit Vung Chua – Yen Island, the eternal resting place of the late General Vo Nguyen Giap.

16:30: Arrive in Phong Nha, you check in to the hotel and rest in the cool green space of Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park.

18:30: Dinner. Free to relax in the evening. Free to explore in the evening. Overnight in Phong Nha.

DAY 2: PHONG NHA – DONG HOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / DINNER)

Morning: Check out and have breakfast at the restaurant.

07:30: Car picks you up and takes you to explore Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.

08:00: You board a boat upstream of the Son River to Phong Nha Cave (also known as Wet Cave). This is the most typical cave in terms of beauty at Phong Nha – Ke Bang Heritage with 7 outstanding global criteria voted by the British Royal Cave Association. This is the only cave with an underground river in Vietnam that is currently being exploited for tourism. Sit on the boat to explore the first 1.2km of the Phong Nha underground river, then continue to visit Bi Ky Cave, Tien Cave, and Cung Dinh Cave.

11:00: Have lunch in Phong Nha and rest.

12:00: You gather and get on the car back to Dong Hoi. Check in at the hotel and rest.

Afternoon: The car takes you to visit:

• Quang Binh Quan, Ho Chi Minh Square, Mother Suot Monument
• Free time to swim at Nhat Le beach.

18:30: Dinner. Free time to explore Dong Hoi at night. Overnight in Dong Hoi.

DAY 3: QUANG PHU SAND DUNES – HANOI (BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)

05:30: You gather on the car to visit, take pictures and freely play at Quang Phu Sand Dunes and watch the sunrise from the sea and participate in sand sliding (at your own expense).

07:00: Return to the hotel to shower, rest and have breakfast. Free time to swim as you like.

08:00: Depart for Hanoi. On the way, stop to take photos to commemorate the Gianh River Victory Monument, where the Gianh River – separating Dang Trong, Dang Ngoai and Luy Thay was built by Lord Nguyen during the Trinh-Nguyen conflict.

11:00: Have lunch in Ha Tinh city. After lunch, you will continue to get on the bus to Hanoi.

18:30: Arrive at Hanoi Opera House. End of program. See you again on the next journeys.

Tour price includes:

• Air-conditioned tourist car for transportation according to the program

• Tips for drivers and tour guides:

In case visitors are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide, they can freely tip the driver and tour guide. This tip is completely optional but according to the minimum practice is from 50,000 VND/guest/day.

Tip for foreign guests: 3 USD/guest/day.

Children (need to read carefully to understand the standards for children):

• Children from 1-4 years old are free (parents take care of all expenses for the child, do not occupy a seat on the car). 02 adults are only allowed to accompany 01 child for free, from the second child, 75% of the tour price is charged (standard as charged children). If 01 adult accompanies 01 child from 1-4 years old, the child must buy 50% of the adult tour price (enjoy a separate seat on the car, half of the adult’s meal and other services included in the tour).
• Children from 5-9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (separate meal, separate seat on the car).

Note: Children (whether buying 50% or 75%) do not have a bed standard and must sleep with their family. Two or more children cannot be counted together as one adult.

• Children 10 years and older: Tour price is calculated as for adults.

Other general notes:

• Guests on the tour must bring a valid identification document (CCCD/Passport). Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate. Children 14 years old and older must have a CCCCC/HC.
• Should bring medicine for diarrhea and common cold
• Guests who are vegetarians, please bring additional vegetarian food to ensure your taste
• Any service in the tour that you do not use and is not due to the subjective fault of the tour organizer will not be refunded
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of the sightseeing spots to suit the conditions of each specific departure date as long as all the sightseeing spots in the program are still guaranteed.
• In case the departure date has 10 guests or less, or in case of traveling by 4-7-16 seater vehicle, the driver can also be the tour guide. These are experienced tour guides.
